We are seeking a missional, collaborative priest who:
- Is rooted in the Anglo-Catholic tradition, with the Eucharist at the heart of ministry and worship.
- Will nurture and grow relationships with schools, especially Calow Church School, and develop outreach to children, families, and young people.
- Is pastorally present and visible in the community, including care homes, new housing areas, and civic life.
- Can inspire and equip lay leaders, enabling the gifts of the whole church to flourish.
- Will work creatively across the benefice to shape a shared vision while honouring each parish’s identity.
- Is resilient and hopeful in the face of financial and structural challenges and committed to building sustainable ministry.
- Embodies the diocesan values of generous faith, courageous hope, and life-giving love.
The Rectory is a spacious 1970s 4-bedroom house in Hasland, adjacent to the church, with a large garden and garage.
