The Youth Council of Derby Diocese

Derby Diocese has an active and vibrant Youth Council, which meets regularly at various locations across the Dicoese.

Chaired by Patrick Deeming and with its own website and facebook pages it regularly organises events and sends representatives to diocesan and national committees

Twenty Three Young People,Three Aims, One Diocese, One God.

The Youth Council for Derby Diocese is a great bunch young people, all dedicated to the cause. We meet approximately 10 times a year to discuss things which are going on within the diocese and the country. We organise events for young people within the diocese, big and small. We also make visits to churches and organise opportunities for young people to encourage youth worship. Voicing the opinions of young people about current and topical issues within the Diocese of Derby is important and we are here to make sure the voice of young people is heard!
