Dean of Women’s Ministry

The role of the Dean of Women’s Ministry is to promote the full inclusion of women at every level of church life and to be an advocate for the ministry of women clergy in the diocese.

Alicia is particularly tasked with listening to ordained women and being aware of issues relating to ministry. She helps to identify the gifts, skills and potential among women clergy and encourages these to be developed, used and fulfilled. She is also involved with the provision of relevant training.
