Clergy Support - Retirement
Retirement chaplaincy

Why might retired clergy need chaplains?
BT says, “It’s good to talk”, and so it is; after all, clergy in retirement have happy and sad experiences like everyone else!
Pastoral care will initially come from the parish priest or Rural Dean, but to have a couple who are there especially for you can mean a great deal.
We keep in touch by phone or letter annually, and if need be visit, to offer extra support. We are only a phone call away from clergy, ready to give help or advice about various categories of Retirement Housing and any other issues of concern.
