Information and Inspiration
(18/05/2009)
Fresh Expressions, an initiative of the Church of England and Methodist Churches, will be holding two evenings over the next few months in the Diocese of Derby aimed at informing and inspiring new congregations.
The evenings have been set for Thursday 25th June at Eyam Parish Centre and Tuesday 15th September, at St. Alkmund's Church, Derby.
There will be a mix of some practical information on setting up fresh expressions in parishes and inspiration for imagining creative ways forward in mission.
The evenings will be hosted by the Mission and Ministry Development Adviser, Michael Mitton and the Vicar St. John, Walton, Andy Broom.
Presentations will include four options. Each of these will be led by people from the Diocese involved in related projects including.
