Dr Alastair Redfern, the Bishop of Derby, will be signing copies of his new book 'Growing the Kingdom' at Derby Cathedral Coffee Shop on Saturday 13 June between 12 and 2pm.

Growing the Kingdom is based on one of the most important New Testament Letters - the Epistle to the Hebrews.

The book, through a series of meditations, looks at how the Bible can provide insights into the context of modern living.

It is published by The Indian Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge (ISPCK).  

Cost £6 per copy. £1 from the sale of each book will go towards the Bishop's Harvest Appeal for the Church of North India.
