‘We believe communication matters'

Special Service at Cathedral

(13/10/2009)

The Bishop of Lincoln, John Saxbee, will preach at a special service organised by the Derby Diocesan Affirming Catholicism group on Saturday 31st October (11am).

 

Accompanied by the Derby Cathedral Voluntary Choir, the service is jointly organised by the Society of Catholic Priests, the Modern Churchpeople's Union, the Lesbian and Gay Christian movement and the Society of Saint Francis.

 

Affirming Catholicism is an essentially inclusive forward looking national movement for clergy and laity encompassing catholic teaching and understanding. http://www.affirmingcatholicism.org.uk/.

 

Refreshments will be served after the service.
