Collective Worship

Here are some resources that might be helpful for collective worship during this time of Covid 19. They can be used at home or in school. More ideas will follow over the coming weeks.

PopUK have generously given a song for pupils to learn at home in readiness for the return to school when it can be sung together.

Fischy Music have done some lovely things via You Tube

Gloucester diocese have written the first of a series of Growing Together pages that they’re writing specifically in response to COVID-19. This has been designed for use at home but there maybe some ways it could be used in school too. They are on their website free for all – at the moment it’s on the growing Together page which is not too easy to find but here’s the link https://www.gloucester.anglican.org/your-ministry/children-youth-and-families/growing-together/

Diddy Disciples now has a Sound Cloud podcast which can be used for storytelling either at school or at home.
We’ll be releasing more material on it over the next few days.
There will be different material for different age groups up to Year 6, but we’re prioritising the littlest ones for now.
Throughout Holy Week there will be daily storytelling.

The material will also be on the Diddy Disciples website as soon as we’ve designed the page and will be accompanied by creative response ideas.
