We are really excited to invite you to our next churchwardens’/church officers’ event.
The next churchwardens' day will be on Saturday 20th May and will be at Chapel en le Frith Primary School between 10am and 3pm.
The focus will be ‘Churchyards and Wildlife’.
In the morning, David Mundy, Priest in Charge of All Saints, Glossop, our first diocesan Gold Eco Church, will help us reflect on why caring for God's world is important.
In addition, there will be presentations on what you do, or don’t, need faculties for in the churchyard and suggestions of activities for children.
Lunch will be provided and then in the afternoon there will be workshops on different aspects of Eco church, ‘wildflowers, wellbeing and working together’, a DAC surgery and how to communicate with your community.
We’d love to see you there.

As well as reserving your place, this also gives you the opportunity to let us know of any dietary requirements that you may have.
