0.5 Pioneer Minister (Ordained) in the Benefice of Langley Mill and Aldercar

The Parish of St Andrew’s, Langley Mill is located on the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire border in the Diocese of Derby and offers a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone to work in a growing parish with lots of different branches of outreach work already in place.

St Andrews is charismatic, Low-Church in style that loves seeing God at work and the successful applicant will work alongside the Methodist Minister.

The church family has grown in the past 4 years to a regular congregation of 80 including children. The current outreach and family work includes; Messy Church, Messy Tots, Vintage Messy Church, Lunch Club, Soup-a-Bowl, Foodbank, Small groups and CAP. All of these groups are lay-led and we are now seeking someone who will work alongside other Anglican colleagues,

enabling the work to grow and develop to the next stage as we seek God’s will in the area.

Closing date for applications: 12 noon on 7th November
