Our third Roadshow will welcome people in the early stages of seeking their vocation to lay or ordained work, on Tuesday 4th September 2012. The United Church of All Saints’, Belper Road, Stanley Common [DE7 6FT number 242] is our venue, from 7.00 – 9.00 pm, offering a safe space to explore, pray, worship and chat informally with lay and ordained hosts who will share experiences of their own journeys and listen.

Rev’d Philip Waller (Assistant Diocesan Director of Ordinands) and Dr Esther Elliott (Lay Ministry Officer) will also be available while refreshments are served. Our theme is ‘Mission; Home and Away’, and there will also be material specifically for people aged 25 years and under.

If you would like directions or to book (not required – just come on the day if you can) please contact Barbara Thompson on office@ashbournechurch.org tel. 01335 343052

Our next Vocations Event is on Saturday 20th October 2012, in Ashbourne.
