Readers are asked to keep a good record of their ministry. Each January the Warden of Readers asks for some statistical information from each Reader about the type of ministry that they have offered in the previous calendar year. This is collated and is enormously helpful in providing the Senior Staff with an overview of ministry in the Diocese.
Collating the information and filing in the Annual Return form is a really good opportunity for Readers to see what they have offered as ministry in the previous year as part of a bigger picture and to reflect on that.
