Thank you to all licenced clergy who took part in the 2026 survey. It was so encouraging to receive a 70% (109) participation rate, which demonstrates the importance you hold on wellbeing.

We know that listening does not equal  change. This years survey is just the start, and there is much for us all to do.

An action plan is well underway. Keep your eye on this space for updates on what you said and what we did.
