On Friday, 6 November 2026, the Diocese of Derby is holding a joint event with the Hazelnut Community promoting “Christian Eco-Communities”.
Whether your church has a patch of land, a garden, or simply desires to connect more deeply with your local community and creation, come along and explore what’s possible.
There'll be plenty of time for questions, sharing ideas, and discovering practical first steps your church could take, wherever you’re starting from.
The event will be held at Derby Church House from 10 am – 1 pm with lunch provided.
