We now offer an extended out of hours advice service delivered through thirtyone:eight to enable you to access urgent safeguarding advice at evenings and weekends throughout the year including bank holiday periods via their helpline.
The helpline is operated Mon-Fri – 5.00pm-12.00 midnight and weekends 7am – 12 midnight, someone is available to take urgent calls.
If you require emergency safeguarding advice, please contact the helpline on 0303 003 1111.
During Bank Holidays the helpline is also available Mon-Fri - 9.00am-5.00pm.
Any advice provided will be confirmed in writing and copied to the Diocesan Safeguarding Team, under an information sharing agreement.
All follow up actions will be addressed upon our return to the office.
