On Sunday, 20 September 2026, and our very own Lynda Herbert joined the service from St Mary’s Hook for the national church online service to mark Disability Sunday.

Ahead of her sermon, Lynda spoke with Revd Ian Webb from St Swithin’s, Holmesfield.

In this special extended service, we heard the personal stories of disabled people, plus how churches are better equipping themselves to serve their communities and be accessible for all.

The service also explores Mark's gospel and the account of the paralysed man, and what that means for us today.
