His Majesty the King has today approved the appointment of the Venerable Matthew Trick as the next Dean of Guernsey. We offer huge congratulations to Matthew, it is a role he will take on with a strong sense of vocation, and with the commitment and energy that he has given to this diocese.
Assistant Acting Archdeacon of Derby City and South Derbyshire
Revd Sarah Watson has taken on the part-time role of Assistant Archdeacon of Derby City and South Derbsyhire on a temporary basis. Sarah will then take on the role of Acting Archdeacon of Derby City and South Derbyshire also on a temporary basis, from 29 September 2026.
