ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a gifted, experienced priest to share in diocesan leadership.
You will embody and encourage our values of generous faith, courageous hope and life-giving love, with the skills and godly ambition to drive our diocesan priorities arising from our diocesan vision.
You will work collegiately and collaboratively in missional delivery of your statutory responsibilities, championing mission and ministry in emerging and transitional communities across the whole diocese.
ABOUT YOU
You will be a proven leader, both strategic and tactical, with evidence of having transformed contexts in which you work.
You will embrace the diversity and complexity of a diocese that includes urban, post-industrial and rural contexts, and every possible expression of the Church of England.
You will have the capacity to listen, engage and to transform; alert to the needs, expectations and potential of people currently under-represented in church life and structures, and of our existing and much-loved worshipping communities.
